Matthew Dow, DO
Dr. Dow was born in Texas and spent part of his childhood growing up in Alaska. He earned his bachelor's degree at the University of North Texas, where he played goalie for the ice hockey team. He then earned his medical degree in Fort Worth at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Methodist Charlton in Dallas where he was chief resident. He then completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Advocate Lutheran in Chicago Illinois. Dr. Dow is board certified in both Sports Medicine and Family Medicine. Dr. Dow specializes in primary care sports medicine. He has taken care of sports teams ranging from high school, college to professional.
Dr. Dow is passionate about treating athletes of all ages as well as treating musculoskeletal injuries and ailments. He also loves promoting optimal health with his patients to help them live the most active and successful lives possible. Dr. Dow enjoys playing ice hockey, fishing, skiing and spending time outdoors with his wife and two dogs.
